Register Car Raffle Ticket

Thank you for purchasing raffle tickets for OUPSF’s First Car Raffle, presented in partnership with Stadium Nissan. If you have not received physical tickets in person, please do not fill out this form. Please find a Participating Organization that is selling tickets listed at www.oupsf.org/raffle. Any funds received without a corresponding physical ticket will be considered a donation to OUPSF and will not be entered into the raffle. Please keep your physical ticket after registering, it will be required to claim your prize. If your ticket is not registered and payment finalized by the time of the raffle, the ticket stub will be not be eligible for the grand prize.
